  Very bad service and experience at this All state location N. Main St. Salinas, CA watch out ! They ask me to take a picture of my mileage verification form and email it to them and i did and i still have my email records on file, but they said i did not do that and resulted my mileage to go up to 37,000 thou miles in a year (how can I drive 37,000 thousand miles in a year) my payment rate went higher and cost me to pay more money. The person who ask me to do that is Joshua Orepesa and I tried to ask them many times that I want to talk to the person incharge but they dont care to help me, no one from the management level contact me or help try to resolve the issue. I called them many times to contest the issue but they always said i never email them the info. I rate this location O star due to very bad customer service I felt like this people are GOUGING me! The management never resolve the issue or even try to contact me and explain what really happened. I figure it's not Allstate fault if some of their employees are not doing their job right, so I moved to Natalie Hungerford at Monterey Allstate and she resolved the issue for me. This is totally a bad experience! If you need insurance go to Natalie Hungerford and you will experience the best customer service in terms of all your insurance needs! She handles issues professionally and with integrity. I was going to rate O star but it wont allow me to post! Once again beware!
